Yam is the Co-founder at Web Experts Nepal, an outsourcing and custom WordPress site Development Company and Theme Palace, which offers Nepal’s first curated WordPress Theme Marketplace. Being a former WordCamp Speaker and co-organizer of WordCamp Nepal 2015, Yam took part in the WordCamp Europe event in Vienna last June, WordCamp Ubud 2017. In 2016, he co-organized first ever WordCamp Kathmandu Nepal 2016. From all this experience, he successfully accomplished WordCamp Kathmandu 2017 as a Lead Organizer in 2017.

This year, he is the Lead Organizer of WordCamp Kathmandu Nepal 2018.  He wants to build on to the recent successful WordCamp events and give continuity to make it a grand success.

Sakin Shrestha is a technology entrepreneur and an avid WordPresser from Kathmandu, Nepal. He is the owner of Catch Internet Pvt. Ltd. and co-founder of Acclaim Technology. He is also a co-owner at ThemeReview.co.

Having got his first taste of WordPress in 2007, he was inspired to build a career on it. Ever since, he’s been contributing to the WordPress Core, Theme Review, Community, Accessibility, Polyglots, Themes, Plugins and TV teams. He is also among the founding members of WordPress Nepal and is actively involved in the WordPress community in Nepal and abroad.

Sakin is the lead organizer of WordCamp Kathmandu, Nepal 2016. With his knowledge and experience with WordCamps, he’s excited to make his dream of WordCamp Kathmandu, Nepal a huge success.

You’ll easily recognize Sakin’s friendly smile in the crowd. So, make sure you go and say “Hi”. When you don’t find him working on WordPress, he is mostly busy blogging, biking, taking photographs, traveling or playing his guitar!

Suwash Kunwar is a founder of WEN Solutions. Prior to forming a company that works on Theme Review and Support, he was a passionate coder possessing high patience level. He believes in giving back to the community and considers offering the service of Theme Review and Support to the company involved in submitting Themes to WordPress.org directory is just a way of start.

Utsav Singh Rathour is a WordPress enthusiast and a developer by passion. 2007 is the year he first encountered WordPress and since, he can’t believe how the love has always grown. He is the co-founder of Code Pixelz and also the co-founder of Code Themes Co. He is now looking to work on larger SaaS-based projects with WordPress in the back.

He likes giving back to the already awesome WordPress community and which is why, you will see him running around in the event to make sure the event goes well. But that should not stop you from giving him a “hey” if and when you want to talk to him. He likes talking to people and when it’s WordPress, he is always in.

Technology is meant to solve problems and make life easier.

With this firm belief, Pravash Karki founded Last Door Solutions, a digital agency operating on a global scale. Having worked with an extensively international clientele, he sought to use the accumulated experience and knowledge to empower the local business in Nepal. This spawned idealaya which also went on to become the proud platinum sponsor of the first WordCamp back in 2012.

By co-founding Sampression Themes, he expressed his love and appreciation for WordPress. And, as an adventure enthusiast he went on to co-found Nepal River Runner.

A full-stack designer, a successful entrepreneur and a very passionate individual, Mr. Karki now leads a highly capable team of designers, developers and programmers also managing some time in between to inspire others by speaking in seminars on design, tech and entrepreneurship.

Rakesh Lawaju (Racase) is a Web developer, trainer and recently an entrepreneur based in Nepal who has been in web field since 2008. He is Co-Founder/ CTO of WEN Solutions, a company primarily develops WordPress plugins and gives WordPress related support.
He has developed multiple WordPress plugins, contributed to open source projects and is collaborating with Graph Paper Press for its plugin and theme development.

During the release of WordPress 4.4 “Clifford”, he has contributed on WordPress core and contributed in translating WordPress in Nepali. He was a speaker on WordCamp Nepal 2015 and is a frequent speaker on WordPress meetup. He was on the organizer team of WordCamp Kathmandu 2016 and 2017. He has been an instructor for Web development on PHP and WordPress development related topics.

He is an easy going person who enjoys listening music, learning new things and sharing his knowledge.

Arjun is a Tech Entrepreneur from Kathmandu, who started working in various web and WordPress projects since 2004. Later in 2010, his company started working mostly in WordPress custom projects for many clients around the globe. After being able to successfully deliver WordPress custom solutions to hundreds of thousands of clients globally, he started working on even more aspects of WordPress via different companies.

Arjun is the founder of Access Keys, AccessPress Themes, 8Degree Themes, WPAll Club. He loves to share his WordPress knowledge and ideas via WordCamps, WordPress meet ups and various orientation sessions in colleges and universities as a resource person and speaker.

Besides WordPress, he loves to travel, know people and lifestyles. In his free time, he loves to hang out with his 5 years old son in his newly built small resort far from the city. He can be found on Twitter here.

Suvash Khadka, a WordPress Enthusiast and has been engaged in WordPress Nepal community since its beginning from 2012 along with WordPress Nepal legends: Sakin Shrestha, Chandra Maharzan, Ujwal Thapa and present WordPress Kathmandu, Nepal lead Yam Chhetri. Working with them and from the inspiration provided, he is continuously involved in the community conducting WordPress Meetups, College Events, WordCamps and speaking at Meetups and Events.

Sweta has been contributing to theme reviews at Catch Themes from last 3 years and loves her work. A graduate of Information Management, Sweta chose technology for a career and hasn’t looked back since.

At Catch Themes, she puts her experience with design, PHP, HTML, and CSS to good use as a theme reviewer.

Sweta is also a key contributor to WordCamp Kathmandu 2017 and 2018, overseeing the financial aspect of the whole event.

Rabi Raj Khadka is a web developer developing a website and web app with mobile first design and has a keen interest in hardware programming and robotics.He is currently an undergraduate student of computer engineering at Khwopa Engineering College and a co-founder of NeuromanceR Creation -a company focused on game and web app development.

As he loves to explore more tech related trends, he doesn’t want to miss any event happening in the town and you might have seen him at least once in such events. He has been in love with WordPress since 2015 and has been contributing to the different community events of WordPress Nepal.

Pitam Bahadur Sen, Founder, and CEO of Webpage Nepal is a youth IT entrepreneur from Pokhara having a keen interest in rapidly enhancing computer technology. He started his company in 2012 with the sole purpose of pleasing global customers with proficiency in professional web design, graphic design, and their development. His company has been offering custom enterprise solutions for all business processes moving towards its successful 5th year.

He is also a social activist and no wonder he has taken part in every possible programming conferences. Kanchha Kaji Prajapati (creativekaji) is Founder & CEO at Keon Themes Pvt. Ltd, a WordPress theme development company. He is a Front-end Developer by passion for more than five years. She has been working impressively in her field learning from every opportunity she gets, either it is seminars or conferences or anything. Amit Bajracharya is Co-Founder & Designer of The Bootstrap Themes. Along with that, he is also co-founder of Namaste Kathmandu, a tech based event company that organizes a local chapter of international events like Dribbble, Mobile Monday, and Scrum. He is also a Certified Scrum Master.

Nishal, a graduate in Software Engineering is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Goreto Software. He is an avid WordPresser from Pokhara, Nepal. He ringed in with WordPress since last 3 years and is a very active member of WordPress Pokhara meetups. Binod Jung Bogati is a WordPress enthusiast and blogger at Raratheme. He came across with WordPress in 2013, when he worked as Web/SEO at Volunteers Initiative Nepal. There he learned more about WordPress and SEO. Currently, he has been active in MSP (Microsoft Student Partner) 2017 program. With this, he has been exposed to various Microsoft tools and Azure Cloud Computing. Similarly, his personal WordPress blog has been hosted on Azure Cloud Platform.
